Senior Salesforce Project Manager

In this role, you will :

- You are the strategic leader behind high-impact Salesforce projects

- You oversee multiple, large-scale Salesforce implementations, ensuring successful delivery while aligning with business objectives.

- You cultivate strong, long-term client relationships

- You engage with senior stakeholders, set clear expectations, and act as the trusted advisor for project direction, risk mitigation, and escalations.

- You drive collaboration across global teams

- You lead cross-functional teams, including Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, and external vendors, ensuring seamless execution.

- You bring clarity and structure to complex initiatives

- You define strategic roadmaps, manage project budgets, establish key milestones, and ensure strict adherence to timelines.

- You uphold governance and Salesforce best practices

- You ensure solutions adhere to industry standards, security compliance, and enterprise-wide adoption strategies.

- You lead with vision and inspire high performance

- You mentor and develop project managers and team leads, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Its great if you :

- Have 10- 15 years of experience managing large-scale Salesforce projects, including enterprise-wide implementations.

- Possess deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and enterprise integrations.

- Have strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid project management methodologies.

- Are experienced in managing multi-million-dollar project budgets and executive stakeholder engagement.

- Have worked extensively with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar project management tools.

- Have experience leading teams across onshore, offshore, and distributed environments.

Even better if you :

- Hold a PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Salesforce-certified Project Management credential.

- Have led Salesforce transformations, complex integrations, or large-scale multi-cloud implementations.

- Have experience with MuleSoft, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Einstein AI implementations.

- Are well-versed in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise governance frameworks.
