Based in Hyderabad (hybrid work model) with a proactive ownership mindset. Preferred Hands-on experience in Elixir, Phoenix, LiveView / HEEx, and OTP. Familiarity with the Ash Framework or domain-driven design concepts. Exposure to Docker, AWS (ECS / EKS / EC2), and observability tools ( Prometheus, Grafana ). Familiarity with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka. Background in Flutter, Go, Python, or Ruby for cross-stack versatility. Experience with AI-assisted development workflows or mentoring engineers.
