Key Responsibilities
Catalogue Ownership
- Own and maintain the digital product and service catalogues across multiple platforms.
- Ensure catalogue content is accurate, current, and aligned with business and technical standards.
- Work closely with Product, Commercial, and Marketing teams to onboard new offerings, deprecate outdated items, and manage lifecycle changes.
- Define and enforce standards for catalogue data, taxonomy, versioning, and governance.
Business Systems Analysis
Gather, document, and validate business requirements for catalogue-related initiatives.Conduct gap analyses and recommend systems enhancements or workflow improvements.Translate business needs into technical specifications to support development teams.Develop and maintain documentation for processes, integrations, and user guides.Technical Integration & Support
Collaborate with software engineers to develop and deploy catalogue features using Node.js and RESTful APIs.Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and loading tasks as needed.Use advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, nested formulas, VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Power Query) for data reconciliation, reporting, and quality assurance.Support and maintain GitHub repositories , including branching, merging, pull requests, and release version control .Conduct testing (UAT, regression) to validate system changes and ensure catalogue performance.Cross-functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.Provide training and documentation to end-users on catalogue tools and processes.Support troubleshooting and resolution of catalogue-related issues across departments.Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing digital product or service catalogues.Strong background in business systems analysis, preferably in telecoms, digital services, or e-commerce.Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and data cleansing techniques.Experience with version control and collaboration in GitHub , particularly branching strategies, conflict resolution, and pull request workflows .Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integration processes.Working knowledge of Node.js and JavaScript for backend support and integration.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, and Git.Desirable Qualifications
Familiarity with TM Forum standards (e.g., SID, Open APIs).Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).Understanding of DevOps and CI / CD workflows.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.VDart : Digital Consulting & Staffing Solutions
