About the Role -
Job Description –
- Responsible for service delivery and SLA adherence based on client contractual requirements and federal / state law.
- Plan and manage day to day team responsibilities.
- Audit delivery from each team member on regular basis. Ensure quality assurance at all times.
- Coach and Develop team members and ensure continuous improvement.
- Analyze current process and make recommendations to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Work with cross functional team across locations. Document best practices to ensure smooth flow of processes.
- Conduct weekly reviews with team. Identify hits, misses, and action items.
- Respond to queries / complaints / requests on a regular basis. Ensure high degree of employee satisfaction at all times.
- Act as first point of escalation for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain and distribute daily reports, issues logs, etc. Hire and train new team members in the team
Qualifications :
10 -15 years of experience in US Payroll and managing a team.Knowledge of Proficient in Excel including usage of MacrosUnderstanding of US labor law with regards to work hours classification, over time rules, paid sick leave, tax treatment etc.Ability to work with cross functional teams & Attention to detailAbility to multitask in high-volume high-speed environment.Basic knowledge of VMS tools like Beeline, Fieldglass, IQ Navigator etc. is desired.Knowledge of payroll applications
