Experience : 1–3+ Years

Qualification : Montessori Training / Early Childhood Education (Mandatory)

We are looking for passionate and child-focused Preschool Staff to join our team. If you believe in nurturing young minds through hands-on learning, empathy, and Montessori principles, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities Conduct Montessori-based activities for children aged 2–6 years.

Set up and maintain Montessori materials and classroom environment.

Guide children individually and in groups through hands-on learning.

Ensure safety, hygiene, and an encouraging classroom atmosphere.

Communicate effectively with parents about child development.

Work closely with the academic team on planning and classroom activities.

Participate in school events, celebrations, and training programs.

Requirements Montessori Training (Diploma / Certification) – Mandatory

1–3+ years of experience in a preschool or Montessori setup.

Passionate, patient, and caring with strong classroom management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Candidates currently based in Bangalore or Mumbai are preferred .
