Key Responsibilities :

Government Approvals & NOCs :

Manage the process of obtaining necessary approvals and NOCs from government bodies such as Electricity Board, Water Supplies, Town Planning, Revenue Department, Urban Development Authorities, Municipal Corporations, RERA, and Fire, Forest, and Environmental departments.

Develop and maintain a structured tracker to monitor permissions and regulatory timelines for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Ensure timely documentation and submission of required forms and applications.

Liaison with Legal Consultants & Internal Teams :

Collaborate with legal consultants and internal teams to ensure land title clearance, zoning, and change of land use (CLU) requirements are met.

Address any legal aspects related to the land acquisition process and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Government Relationships & Networking :

Build and maintain a strong rapport with key government officials, bureaucrats, and regulatory bodies to expedite the approval process.

Represent the organization in meetings, public hearings, or negotiations with government agencies.

Escalation Management & Compliance :

Handle escalations and resolve issues or objections raised by authorities, ensuring full compliance with statutory norms.

Ensure that all permissions and approvals are in line with local, state, and central government regulations.

Regulatory Knowledge & Updates :

Stay updated on changes in real estate laws, zoning regulations, and development control rules (DCR).

Ensure that all development processes align with the latest legal and regulatory requirements.

Documentation & Tracking :

Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to permissions, approvals, and government correspondence.

Track and ensure that all regulatory documentation is up-to-date and compliant with required standards.
