At Surma, we’re building a womenswear brand that makes Everyday Beautiful —with thoughtfully designed clothing made in the finest cotton / linen. We’re growing fast and are looking for someone who can help us make every customer interaction feel warm, helpful, and effortless.
What You’ll Do :
- Be the first point of contact for our customers—across WhatsApp, email, and other platforms
- Respond to queries related to orders, sizing, exchanges, returns, and general brand information
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to resolve customer issues
- Keep internal systems updated with customer interactions and resolution notes
- Share feedback with the team to help improve our products, policies, and communication
- Use multiple tools required to answer all kinds of customer queries.
You Are Someone Who :
Loves helping people and has a calming, clear, and friendly communication styleCan write and speak well in English and Hindi.Has 1–3 years of customer support experience (DTC / fashion e-commerce experience is a plus)Is organised, reliable, and comfortable using tools like WhatsApp Business, Shopify, Gmail, etc.Interested candidates please send your CV to ankur@surma.in.
