Primary title : Field Sales Executive
Role & Responsibilities
- Own assigned territory sales targets : identify, qualify and convert leads to meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Drive new business by conducting on-site client visits, delivering compelling service presentations and customised proposals.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships; act as the primary on-site point of contact to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM; update forecasts and provide weekly progress reports to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, assessments, marketing) to design client-specific solutions and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and local networking opportunities to expand market presence.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
1–3 years of field sales or on-site B2B sales experience with a demonstrable track record of meeting targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi; ability to present and negotiate confidently.Strong prospecting skills—cold outreach, referrals, and converting inbound leads into closed deals.Comfortable using CRM tools (Salesforce / Zoho / MSDynamics) and MS Office for reporting and follow-up.Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory (on-site role).Preferred
Experience selling recruitment, assessment, HR services, or other professional services to mid-market or enterprise clients.Multi-lingual capabilities and established local market networks that can accelerate lead generation.Benefits & Culture Highlights
