Job Title : Saviynt Engineer

Experience : 3 – 5 Years

Location : Hyderabad

About the Role :

An MNC is hiring a skilled Saviynt Engineer to join their Security Operations team. You will contribute to enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, help shape security operations strategy, and support compliance and governance efforts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Implement and manage Saviynt IGA solutions , including identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification campaigns.
  • Design and deploy advanced workflows, complex lifecycle processes, and automation within the Saviynt platform.
  • Integrate IGA with directories, cloud platforms, HR systems, databases, and SaaS applications.
  • Troubleshoot IAM issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Establish and enforce IAM governance policies and standards.
  • Drive process improvement, automation, and adoption of emerging IAM tools.
  • Develop documentation and communicate IAM strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging threats, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Education : Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience : 3–5 years in cloud security, IAM, or related cybersecurity roles (Airlines industry experience preferred).
  • Certifications (Preferred) : CISSP, CEH, GIAC, SANS, CISM, GCIA, CISA, CompTIA Security.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Expertise with Saviynt or other IAM tools (SailPoint, OIM).
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD.
  • Knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud security.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance standards (GDPR, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
