Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Azure Data Services :  Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Data Lake Gen2, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric

6 + years of experience into Azure

Business Intelligence :  Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, Paginated Reports, Power BI Service)

Integration :  Data ingestion from Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and on-prem systems

Programming & ETL :  SQL, Python, or PySpark for data transformation and pipeline development

Data Governance :  Azure Purview or Fabric governance features

Version Control & CI / CD :  Git, DevOps pipelines for data deployments

Understanding of Dynamics 365 Functional Areas :  Sales, Finance, Operations, or Customer Service

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Microsoft Certified : Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)  or Fabric Analytics Engineer (DP-600)

Experience with Power Platform , including Power Apps and Power Automate

Exposure to Real-Time Analytics  or Event-Driven Architecture  (Event Hubs, Stream Analytics)

Strong understanding of data modeling methodologies (Kimball / Inmon)

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional agile teams

Proactive approach to optimizing data processes and improving system reliability

Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
