Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior Sales and Operations Head. Responsibilities include overseeing and driving sales operations, developing and implementing business strategies, improving business processes, analyzing market trends, and leading the sales team to achieve organizational goals. The role requires leadership qualities to manage operations efficiently and align sales objectives with business growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Operations and Sales to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth
  • Strong skills in Business Planning and Business Process Improvement to ensure operational efficiency and scalability
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends and formulate data-driven strategies
  • Leadership and team management skills to oversee and direct sales and operations teams effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;

a Master’s degree is preferred

  • Prior experience in managing large teams and handling high-level sales strategies is an advantage
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
