Job Title : Customer Relations Specialist (B2B)

Location : Gurugram (Work from Office)

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Experience Required : 1–3 years (Must have B2B Sales / Client Management experience)

Industry : EdTech / SaaS

Qualification : B.Tech + MBA

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive who has hands-on experience in handling B2B clients. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience for our partners.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients.
  • Manage post-sales communication and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain and track client interactions and feedback for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.
  • Build strong relationships to retain clients and increase renewal / conversion rates.

Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Customer Service / Client Relations in B2B segment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.
  • Prior experience in the EdTech or SaaS domain will be preferred.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Note - Interview will be in-person only.
