PVR Wheels is one of the leading Royal Enfield dealerships, known for delivering an exceptional customer experience, premium service, and strong community engagement. We are looking for a talented and experienced CRM Executive to join our dynamic team and strengthen our customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure a superior ownership experience.
  • Handle all inbound and outbound customer communications professionally and effectively.
  • Track and follow up on test rides, bookings, deliveries, and service reminders.
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system with accuracy.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate critical issues to management.
  • Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer journey.
  • Monitor CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and take proactive measures to improve ratings.
  • Plan and execute customer engagement activities, ride events, and loyalty programs.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of proven CRM experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Ability to handle high customer volumes and resolve issues effectively.
  • Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and customer-first mindset.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
