Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Data (CI-D) and Journeys (CI-J) implementations.
- Validate the integrity, mapping, and synchronization of customer data across Dataverse, CI-D, CI-J, and third-party integrations.
- Conduct end-to-end testing of customer journeys, segmentation logic, data ingestion pipelines, and marketing automations.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure product quality meets business and technical requirements.
- Work closely with developers, data engineers, and marketing teams to proactively identify issues and validate resolutions.
- Test API integrations, webhooks, and data pipelines related to CI-D and CI-J within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, governance, and security standards during test execution and documentation.
- Maintain test documentation, report bugs using appropriate tools, and track issues through resolution.
- Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous process and product quality improvements.
Required Skills :
3–5 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably in projects involving Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights (CI-D & CI-J) .Strong understanding of Dataverse , its schema, and data flow within the Microsoft Power Platform.Experience testing integrations with third-party systems (e.g., CDPs, email platforms, analytics tools).Familiarity with D365 CRM (particularly Customer Service module) from a QA perspective.Proficient in using tools for API testing (e.g., Postman), test case management, and defect tracking (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional and remote teams.Good to Have :
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Customer Insights.Experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Power Automate).Exposure to Azure Data Factory , Logic Apps , or Power Platform for test automation or validation.Background in data quality assurance , privacy compliance testing , or CDP validation .
