Business Development LeadTitle : Business Development Lead - Retail Design and BuildLocation : MumbaiExperience : 5 - 8 years (Retail Design / Design Industry)OVERVIEWThe Business Development Lead will be responsible for converting marketing leads into business opportunities.Key responsibilities : Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and engage potential clients.Work on marketing-generated leads by initiating conversations and building client relationships.Conduct structured conversations with clients to uncover needs and translate them into opportunities.Collaborate with Co-Founder and design teams to develop proposals and pitches.Support pricing structures, business cases, and project approaches.Track leads and opportunities in a structured pipeline, providing regular updates.Work closely with marketing, design, and delivery teams for seamless client serviceSkills and Qualifications : Experience in retail expansion, store development, or business partnerships.Understanding how brands evaluate and select design / build partners.5–8 years of BD or client services experience in retail design / fit-out.Proven track record of developing and converting opportunitiesRelationship-building and networking ability.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to understand creative direction and translate it into opportunities.Commercial acumen for pricing and proposals.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM knowledge is a plus
