AI Innovation Specialist

We're seeking a talented AI Exploration Engineer to design and execute machine learning experiments, prototype end-to-end AI solutions, and inform product strategy.

This role involves formulating hypotheses, conducting structured evaluations, and applying modern ML engineering practices to build scalable proof-of-concept systems.

You will contribute to the definition of best practices for experimentation, evaluation, and technical decision-making, synthesizing and communicating experimental results to guide investment and adoption decisions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in computer science or a related field, with 3+ years of experience building machine learning applications or tooling.

Proficiency in Python is required, as well as familiarity with PyTorch, Hugging Face, and OpenAI SDKs. Experience working with LLM orchestration or agent frameworks, model tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation patterns are also essential.

You should have demonstrated ability to independently prototype, test, and iterate on technical ideas, as well as proficiency with version control systems, CI / CD practices, and ML observability tools.

We operate in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), using Docker and / or Kubernetes for application deployment. A strong understanding of ML evaluation techniques and structured experimentation workflows is necessary for success in this role.
