The Brownie Circles (TBC) is a premium bakery and dessert store based in Bengaluru. Starting as an online seller of Indulgent Brownies in 2021, TBC has grown to include 6 outlets, 1 cloud kitchen, and 2 upcoming outlets. Specializing in over 15 varieties of brownies, desserts, cake-tubs, custom cakes, confectioneries, and French pastries, TBC also serves as a baking school for aspiring students.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role at The Brownie Circles in Bengaluru. The Receptionist will be responsible for phone etiquette, handling receptionist duties, clerical tasks, communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
