Job Title : Application Lead SAP Master Data Governance : Bengaluru, : 4+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for designing, building, and configuring applications, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, oversee development activities, and guide the team in delivering high-quality solutions. This position also involves mentoring team members, fostering knowledge sharing, and driving continuous improvements in application development and data & Responsibilities :

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP MDG and related processes.
• Work independently to design, build, and configure applications in alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their professional development.
• Contribute actively in team discussions, promoting innovation and efficiency in application & Technical Skills Have Skills :
• Minimum 4 years of strong experience in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) Tool.
• Solid understanding of data governance principles, processes, and practices.
• Hands-on experience in application design, configuration, and development methodologies.
• Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing application performance.
• Knowledge of SAP integration processes and to Have Skills :
• Exposure to SAP S / 4HANA environments.
• Experience in managing master data across Finance, Customer, Vendor, or Material domains.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management Information :
