Lead I - Software Engineering - Ab initio Lead

Job description5+ years of experience in software development with expertise in Ab Initio technologies, GDE, and Unix scripting. Leadership experience in the full development lifecycle, delivering software in a timely manner. Strong knowledge of Jenkins pipelines, Agile methodologies, and AWS, including Lambda programming. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and reduce inefficiencies.
Role Responsibilities :
- Design and develop software features for credit card consumer applications as part of a self-organized Ab Initio engineering team.
- Collaborate with Product Management to align development goals and prioritize tasks.
- Drive engineering best practices including operational excellence, security, and code quality across teams.
- Innovate within the team, contribute to technical advancements, and improve efficiency by identifying effort savings.
