Job Title : SingleView Billing Developer – Telecom Domain (Agile / DevOps)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SingleView Billing Developer with strong Telecom domain expertise to join our agile delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining SingleView (CSG) billing solutions that support critical telecom business functions. The candidate must be comfortable working in Agile / DevOps environments and contributing across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and customize SingleView Billing System components based on business and technical requirements.
• Configure and implement product catalog, rating, discounting, invoicing, and mediation modules within SingleView.
• Integrate billing systems with upstream / downstream systems like CRM, Order Management, Provisioning, and Payment Gateway.
• Good java skills to work on integrations points that need attention from time to time.
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and DevOps engineers to support agile deliveries.
• Write unit test cases for billing components.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize billing processes and batch jobs.
• Support production deployments and resolve post-deployment issues under tight timelines.
• Contribute to CI / CD pipeline integration for billing releases using DevOps toolsets.
