About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced JIRA Consultant with deep expertise in Atlassian tools administration, customization, integration, and optimization.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable JIRA environments to support Agile, DevOps, and enterprise-level project management frameworks.

This position requires not only hands-on technical skills but also the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, streamline workflows, and ensure system efficiency across large-scale implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

JIRA Administration & Customization :

• Configure, administer, and optimize JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and Confluence to align with organizational needs.
• Design, implement, and maintain custom workflows, fields, screens, permissions, and notification schemes.
• Develop automation rules, scripts, and triggers to streamline operations.
