Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery and customization of Saras Pulse, our e-commerce-focused data analytics platform.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, client implementations, and custom solution delivery, ensuring that Saras Pulse meets the evolving needs of e-commerce clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, data analytics, and e-commerce, with proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering SaaS or analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Leadership :
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Saras Pulse implementations and customizations for e-commerce clients.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Client Engagement & Customization :
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their analytics needs and translating them into actionable project plans.Gather and document client requirements for custom analytics, dashboards, and integrations.Coordinate the delivery of tailored solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.Cross-functional Collaboration :
Work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment on project goals.Process & Quality Management :
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and manage risks and issues.Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Implement best practices in project management, data governance, and change management.Performance Analysis & Reporting :
Monitor project performance using analytics and reporting tools.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as project milestones, client satisfaction, and solution adoption.Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status and outcomes.Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.6+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS, data analytics, or e-commerce environments.Strong understanding of e-commerce business processes, analytics platforms, and digital marketing concepts.Experience with project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall) and tools (e., Jira, Asana, MS Project).Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver customized solutions.Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and analytics.Familiarity with data visualization, BI tools, and e-commerce platforms is a plus.Preferred Experience :
Prior experience implementing or customizing analytics solutions for e-commerce clients.Knowledge of data integration, ETL, and reporting best practices.Experience managing third-party vendors or technology partners.Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) is an advantage.(ref : hirist.tech)
