Job description

We’re looking for a creative, fast, and trend-driven designer who can produce reels, short videos, posters, thumbnails, and social media creatives tailored for youth-focused competitions and influencer-style content. The ideal candidate must be strong in visual design, video editing, and sound syncing to create high-engagement content for Instagram-style audiences.

Responsibilities

Create competition posters, banners, thumbnails & app creatives
Produce reels, shorts, promos with high-quality editing
Handle sound mixing & music sync for videos
Build content for campaigns, creator collaborations & sponsorships
Deliver quick-turnaround content and designs for weekly needs
Maintain a youth-first, modern visual identity
Support Marketing / CRM teams with content + design assets
Stay updated with the latest trends, sounds & editing styles

Skills Required

Strong design skills : Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva

Gif creating skills

Ability to create reels, shorts, promos & competition creatives

Strong visual sense for youth, pop culture, trends, and creator content

Ability to deliver quick-turnaround creatives

Good communication & ability to work with marketing / CRM teams

Portfolio is mandatory (links to Behance, Drive, Instagram, etc.)

Content Creation

Creating reels, short videos, UGC-style content

Strong sense of sound mixing, beat matching, transitions

Ability to convert raw clips into viral, Insta-style edits

Understanding of youth trends, influencers, pop culture

Design

Posters, banners, thumbnails, and competition creatives

Strong command over Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma

Visual storytelling & brand identity consistency

Fast adaptation to trends and new styles

Additional

Experience : 2-4 years
