As an experienced AI Lead Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and building the foundational architecture for multi-agent AI systems. This high-impact role combines cutting-edge research with practical engineering to bring agent-based reasoning, orchestration, and automation into our enterprise-grade platform.

The successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of developing fine-tune and deploy scalable ML / NLP / LLM-driven services in production, build and optimize data pipelines for ingestion, training, and real-time serving, and seamlessly embed AI services into our products.

Key qualifications include :

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in AI / ML engineering with proven impact in building production systems
• Strong skills in Python with expertise in designing modular scalable systems
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) including fine-tuning retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and multi-agent orchestration
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native deployments (AWS / GCP / Azure)
