Role are seeking a highly motivated Financial Manager with 35 years of experience to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth with data-driven insights. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Manage end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Oversee day-to-day accounting, book-keeping, and audit operations
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and compliance measures
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions
• Optimize cash flow management and working capital
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS
• Support fundraising, investor reporting, and financial due diligence processes
• Monitor cost structures and suggest improvements for financial efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational plans
• Lead, guide, and mentor the finance team for effective execution
