Job Purpose :
To oversee the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of budgets & reports, and ensure timely and accurate management reporting. This role provides critical support for decision-making by maintaining comprehensive MIS reports and driving financial planning processes.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Budgeting :
- Prepare annual budgets in coordination with department heads and senior management.
- Monitor actuals vs. budget (variance analysis) and report on deviations with explanations.
- Support forecasting and reforecasting exercises periodically (quarterly / monthly).
- Conduct sensitivity and scenario analysis to evaluate financial risks and opportunities.
2. Management Reporting (MIS) :
Develop, design, and automate periodic MIS reports for top management and other stakeholders.Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue, cost, profit margins, operational efficiency, etc.Generate dashboards and presentations highlighting financial and operational metrics.Maintain historical data and trend analyses for performance tracking.3. Financial Analysis :
Support strategic planning and investment analysis through data modeling and reporting.Perform cost-benefit analyses of new initiatives or cost-control measures.Monitor cost center and business unit performance.4. Systems and Controls :
Ensure integrity and accuracy of data extracted from ERP / accounting systems.Implement and improve reporting tools and templates to streamline financial processes.Coordinate with IT and Finance teams for database maintenance and automation.________________________________________
Required Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor&aposs / Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.4-5 years of experience in budgeting, MIS reporting, or financial planning & analysis.Strong knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting tools, and ERP systems (Far vision would be preferable)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI / Tableau, and presentation tools.Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills.Show more
