Role Overview : -

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Solution Architect to define and drive next-

generation banking architecture, aligned with client strategies and industry best practices.

Job Description :

Key Skills & Experience :

Domain Expertise : Deep knowledge in one or more of the following :

Transaction Banking / Payments / Liquidity Management / Trade Finance Platforms

Technology Skills :

Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, Kafka, API-first designs

Proficiency with databases and modern tech stacks

Roles & Responsibilities :

Lead solution workshops with client stakeholders to define requirements and align on technical

strategy

Design composable, scalable solutions across various banking domains

Translate business objectives into future-ready architectural solutions

Create and own functional flows, integration specifications, and technical blueprints.

Solutioning Process & Deliverables :

Lead the end-to-end solutioning lifecycle :

Architecture Diagrams (e.g., UML, C4 models) : Clearly communicate system components, data

flows, and interactions to both technical and non-technical audiences

Solution Design Documents : Include traceability, technology choices, and implementation plans

for development teams

Proof-of-Concept Prototypes : Validate feasibility, uncover risks early, and build confidence with

stakeholders.

Cost-Benefit Analyses & Roadmaps : Support strategic planning and decision-making with

timelines and budget estimates.

Other Requirements :

Strong client-facing communication skills

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Willingness to travel as needed
