Job descriptionProficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory. Ability to create both digital and print-ready designs. Attention to detail and a creative mindset. Basic knowledge of other Adobe tools (InDesign, After Effects, etc.) will be an added advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 1–3 years of experience as a DTP Operator / Graphic Designer (fresher with strong skills may also apply). About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator with expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, formatting, and creating digital and print-ready graphics that align with company and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare layouts for digital, print, and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, social media creatives, etc.).
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in all graphic outputs.
- Work with project managers and marketing teams to understand design requirements.
- Edit and retouch images as required.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers / vendors if needed.
- Maintain design templates, style guides, and branding consistency.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
