About Role :
Are you enthusiastic about building a positive workplace culture and driving employee experience through engagement programs and activities? As an Employee Engagement Intern at Sakon, you will support planning, coordination, and execution of engagement activities, including ERG initiatives, internal events, and HR support functions.
You will collaborate with the HR team and Communications team to bring engagement plans to life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities such as ERG initiatives, town halls, celebrations, volunteering, and employee gatherings.
- Coordinate with the Communications Team to design and promote engagement events.
- Assist in creating engagement calendars, budgets, inventories, and event logistics.
- Partner with external vendors for quotes, services, and event setup (vendor management).
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation related to engagement projects.
- Help gather feedback from employees to assess engagement impact.
- Support HR event operational activities as needed (administration, coordination, data tracking).
- Research best practices on employee engagement and cultural programs.
Qualifications :
Recent graduate (fresher) with a degree or in the last year of Event Management, Human Resources, or related field .Experience in organizing or leading events (college fests, clubs, community work preferred).Strong coordination, planning, and project management skills.Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic about building an inclusive and positive culture.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.Passion for diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.If Interested, please share the updated resume with ruchira.sinha@sakon.com
