We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Franchise Sales Executive / Manager to expand our preschool network by identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential franchise partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving franchise sales, maintaining strong relationships with prospects, and ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and values.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Manage inquiries from potential franchise partners and convert them into qualified leads.
Sales & Conversion
Present the preschool franchise model to prospective investors / partners.Conduct business meetings, presentations, and site visits to explain franchise benefits.Negotiate franchise agreements and close sales effectively.Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees.Provide initial guidance and support to new franchise partners.Market Research & Strategy
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.Support in developing strategies to achieve monthly / quarterly franchise sales targets.Reporting & Documentation
Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.Provide regular updates and sales reports to management.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.2–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or preschool / education sector (preferred).Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently with target-driven performance.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Skills Required
