Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior BIM Architect located in Puducherry. The Senior BIM Architect will contribute to the design and execution of architectural projects with a focus on Building Information Modeling (BIM). Day-to-day responsibilities include creating architectural and construction drawings, preparing submittals, and ensuring the integration of quality and precision throughout the project lifecycle. The role will require close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-tier architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Solid experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Capability to create and manage Submittals
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience in project coordination and communication with stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant software tools (e.G., Revit, AutoCAD) is a plus
