Estimator CAD Designer (Electrical & Low-Voltage)
Position Overview
Location- Permanent Remote- South Asia
This role is designed for a senior professional with both technical expertise and strong
organizational skills. The position will be 50% Estimating, 25% Project Management, and
25% CAD Design. You will play a central role in developing accurate proposals, overseeing
awarded projects, and producing technical drawings that support both bidding and
execution.
Key Responsibilities : Estimating (50%)
- Review drawings, specifications, and RFPs to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Perform quantity takeoffs for electrical and low-voltage systems.
- Develop and submit competitive bid packages and proposals.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales to ensure accurate and profitable pricing.
Project Management (25%)
CAD Design (25%)
Qualifications

Role Focus :
Senior Electrical / Low-Voltage Estimator (50% Estimating focus).
Experience : Min 5-6 years in electrical and / or low-voltage contracting, with proven hands-on Project Handling skills.
Market : Mandatory experience working on projects within the U.S. market.
Technical Knowledge : Strong knowledge of U.S. codes (NEC, NFPA, BICSI, TIA / EIA, Title 24).
Software : Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
