Job Title : AI tester / experimentation engineer

Location : Pan India

Experience : 5+ yrs.

Job Type : Contract to hire.

Mandatory Skills :

Understand how AI models are built, trained, and deployed. This includes concepts like supervised / unsupervised learning, neural networks, etc.Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for the GEN AI / Agentic RAG / LLM based application implementation, covering functional, performance, security, and ethical considerations.

Identify biases and failure modes in conversational flows.

Support Development of automated test suites for model retraining and updates.

Ability to understand, analyze, and prepare data used in AI development.

Working proficiency in languages like Python
