Position : Quality Manager Electronics Manufacturing

Job Summary :

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function in an EMS environment with a specific focus on PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) box build and cable assembly operations. The ideal candidate will manage the Quality Management System (QMS) drive process and product quality improvements lead customer and regulatory compliance efforts and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management System (QMS)

• Establish implement and maintain a robust QMS aligned with ISO 9001 ISO 13485 or other relevant standards.
• Ensure compliance with IPC standards (IPC-A-610 IPC / WHMA-A-620 etc.).
• Prepare and lead internal customer and third-party audits.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and ensure audit readiness.
