About The Role

We are looking for a skilled LLM API & Integration Engineer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable APIs (custom tools / actions) that power our Enterprise GPT applications. This role bridges backend services and large language models (LLMs) to deliver intelligent, real-time business solutions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop APIs (RESTful / OpenAPI spec) to be used as custom tools in GPTs.
• Customize GPTs with MCP & Custom Tool calls.
• Build secure, authenticated API endpoints for internal systems (e.g., Databricks (Delta lake), RAG Vector Indexes, SAP, document stores).
• Implement API documentation in OpenAPI / Swagger format for GPT integration.
• Build Custom Connectors using MCP.
• Ensure robust logging, error handling, and observability in all APIs.
• Work with InfoSec and DevOps teams to ensure secure deployment and data protection.
• Support LLM prompt tuning and tool orchestration using the GPT builder or API interfaces.
