Key Responsibilities :

• Opportunity Identification :   Monitoring tender portals, industry publications, and market trends to identify relevant bidding opportunities.
• Tender Analysis :   Reviewing tender documents, understanding bid conditions, and analyzing client requirements to ensure compliance.
• Proposal Development :   Preparing and authoring comprehensive proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions, to meet tender requirements.
• Cost and Pricing :   Calculating and managing costs and pricing strategies to ensure bids are profitable and competitive.
• Stakeholder Coordination :   Collaborating with internal departments (e.g., operations, sales) and external partners (e.g., airlines, customs) to gather necessary information and support the tender process.
• Negotiation :   Negotiating terms, pricing, and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors as part of the tender process.
• Submission Management :   Developing and managing tender schedules to ensure timely submission of all bids.
• Documentation and Records :   Maintaining detailed records of all tender documentation, correspondence, and submissions.
• Post-Submission Management :   Handling post-tender clarifications, contract negotiations, and coordinating handover to operational teams.
