Must Have Skills / Competencies :

• Responsible for building AI / ML technical Solutions and ensuring delivery and running operations of the AI / ML practice.
• Act as AI / ML lead role for our AI / ML Practice and products, and services, catering to industries mainly in the EdTech domain.
• Able to consult, advise, and help in pre-sales of Automation based solutions for large, reputed enterprise clients in the EdTech (K-12, HE, Workforce, HE, Govt, Corporate)
• Ability to communicate with customers, and C-level executives of reputed organizations within India and abroad.
• Led the technical architecture and tech competency center for AI / ML in the past.
• Work with the Presales function of the Data Science (AI / ML) practice that shall include account planning, handling proposals from RFP to SOW, and other activities such as solution architecture, effort estimation, resource ramp-up, costing, demos, Oral presentations.
• Monitor the health of the projects in the practice to ensure that the projects are following the laid-out processes with a good risk mitigation plan and are delivered on :
• At least 10 to 15 years of total experience in the Technology space.
• Experience of having worked in AI / ML / NLG for at least 2-3 years.
• Must be a hands-on technical expert with at least 2 -3 years in AI project Development, and 5 to 7 years of Technical Architect.
• Have hands-on experience as an AI and Automation technical Architect working with multiple Technologies like LLMs, Lang-chain and Agentic AI, etc to build and arrive at an end solution based on the client problem statement.
• Experience as a professionally employed team lead successfully building AI based solutions for enterprise use cases, or self-employed / entrepreneur or similar roles.
• Must have Data Science AI / ML experience along with Open-Source technologies (Python, Langchain and Agentic AI, such as Google ADK) is a must.
• Experience in implementing ML solutions by gathering Machine Learning needs, conferring with end customers / Data Analytics team members, understanding data infrastructure and architecture, and work processes.
• Possesses an understanding of Machine Learning principles including standard algorithms for Regression and Classification, Deep Learning constructs (RNN, CNN, RBMs, Auto Encoders), AI systems such as Vision, NLP / NLU, etc.
