Job Description
Envertiz Consultancy is looking for energetic, confident, and target-driven Inside Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or international BPO sales, along with excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international prospects to promote products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Identify customer needs, address objections, and deliver accurate product information.
- Update and maintain call logs, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Meet daily / weekly / monthly call targets, conversion goals, and revenue objectives.
- Work closely with the team to refine scripts and enhance conversion ratios.
