Position Overview
The Manager - Sales (International Recruitment) will be responsible for driving business growth by achieving sales targets for sourcing Indian candidates for overseas recruitment services. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong network, deep understanding of international hiring trends, as well as sourcing streams like job websites etc, and the ability to deliver tailored Indian recruitment solutions for global employers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and target potential Indian candidate segments in sectors such as healthcare, engineering, construction, hospitality, IT, and manufacturing.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue and sourcing targets for recruitments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, and close the sourcing of eligible Indian candidates for overseas employers.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements with recruitment partners.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with candidates, manpower agencies, and government bodies.Ensure high candidate satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.Conduct regular follow-ups to identify referralk opportunities.3. Market Research & Strategy
Monitor and analyse recruitment trends, skill shortages, and labour laws in target countries.Stay updated on visa policies, overseas employment regulations, and compliance requirements.4. Collaboration & Team Leadership
Coordinate with recruitment operations, candidate sourcing teams, and documentation staff to ensure smooth service delivery.Provide guidance and training to junior sales team members.Work closely with marketing to create targeted campaigns for Indian candidates.5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools.Submit weekly / monthly performance reports to senior management.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field.5-8 years of sales experience in international recruitment, manpower supply, or overseas placement services.Strong network of international clients and recruitment partners.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.Familiarity with overseas labour markets (Middle East, Europe, Asia-Pacific, etc.) and related compliance requirements.Key Competencies
