Role Summary : We are looking for a highly motivated Manager Brand & Communication to own marketing initiatives for select categories. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can translate business priorities into impactful marketing actions and deliver consistent, compelling brand experiences across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills and excellent communication abilities, enabling effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and drive the annual marketing calendar for assigned product categories.
- Translate business priorities into clear marketing objectives, sharp value propositions, and actionable creative and media briefs.
- Serve as the voice of the consumer, ensuring all brand communication resonates with target audiences.
- Conduct competitive and market assessments to inform strategy & communication.
- Collaborate closely with product and sales teams to craft strong value propositions and align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
- Lead the development of communication and collateral for assigned categories, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact across all touchpoints – Packaging, POSM, Digital, ATL etc.
- Work closely with internal media teams to design and execute effective communication strategies spanning Retail, Digital, ATL, and other media.
- Manage and partner with external agencies to deliver high-quality creative and media outputs.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize execution for maximum impact.
Ideal Profile :
7-10 years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, or communications, preferably in consumer durables, FMCG consumer or similar sectors.Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and consumer insight skills.Proven ability to translate business goals into compelling marketing campaigns.Hands-on experience in campaign execution, including ATL, BTL, and digital media.Excellent people and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work across internal teams and agencies.Strong written and verbal communication skills; creative and analytical mindset.
