Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented RTR Finops professional to join our finance team in India. The ideal candidate will manage the Record to Report processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Record to Report (RTR) processes including month-end closing activities.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Participate in audits and ensure timely completion of audit requests.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.1-8 years of experience in RTR or general accounting roles.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Skills Required
