Program Manager

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a mid-level Program Manager to drive execution across product, development, and operations.

Responsibilities :

Own sprint planning and roadmap execution with 30+ developers.

Coordinate across product, customer success, and ops (~20 teammates).

Keep projects on track, remove blockers, and report progress to leadership.

Support customer success with feedback prioritization (minimal customer-facing work).

Requirements

4–6 years in program management, product management, or operations.

Strong grasp of agile / scrum and sprint execution.

Startup experience preferred.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Familiarity with Jira / Trello / Asana / Notion.
