Job Title : React.js Developer

Experience : 4 - 6 Years

Location : Kochi (Hybrid / On-site)

Employment Type : Full-time

About The Role :

We are looking for a passionate React.js Developer with strong front-end development experience to build high-performing, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in React.js, RESTful APIs, and modern UI frameworks, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js, Redux, and TypeScript / JavaScript.
Collaborate with UI / UX designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
Integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between front-end and backend services.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust, secure solutions.
Work within Agile / Scrum teams to deliver on sprint goals.

Required Skills & Experience :

4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in React.js and related libraries (Redux, React Router, Hooks, Context API).

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.

Experience with frontend build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite.

Familiarity with Git, JIRA, and Agile development practices.

Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.

Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) is an added advantage.

Exposure to Node.js or Next.js will be a plus.

Education :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to Have :

Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Familiarity with UI frameworks like Material UI or Tailwind CSS.

Exposure to CI / CD pipelines and DevOps environments.
