We are looking to bring on board a Technical QA Architect who can operate at an organizational level as part of the TCoE (Testing Center of Excellence).

Experience : 10+ years in QA, with at least 3 years in a QA Architect or similar leadership role

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical QA Architect to join our Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE). This role is crucial in defining, driving, and scaling quality engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in test automation, quality strategy, DevOps integration, and modern QA tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and implement enterprise-wide QA strategies, standards, and frameworks.
• Lead the design of test automation architectures across multiple products and platforms.
• Guide teams on the adoption of shift-left testing, CI / CD pipelines, and DevTestOps practices.
• Evaluate and recommend tools for automation, performance, security, and service-level testing.
• Act as a QA evangelist, mentoring QA engineers, developers, and stakeholders on quality practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and maintainable testing solutions.
• Monitor quality metrics and help drive improvements using data-driven insights.
• Establish governance and oversight for test environments, test data management, and release quality gates.
