Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Lucknow for the role of National Sales Head. The National Sales Head will oversee the company's sales operations, lead business planning processes, and drive national-level sales growth. Responsibilities include managing sales and marketing initiatives, developing and coordinating channel sales strategies, and supervising and mentoring sales teams to achieve organizational goals. The role requires a focus on aligning business operations with sales objectives to ensure strong performance and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, coordinating channel and project sales, and mentoring regional teams to achieve organizational targets. The role also involves liaising with OEM manufacturers for the sales of visi-cooler glass, engaging in project-based sales, and maintaining strong relationships with government departments such as Railways and Road Transport. Additionally, the candidate should have established connections with regional and leading architects to support business expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • AT LEAST 15 YEARS of experience in building material sales.
  • Proficiency in Business Planning, Sales, and Sales & Marketing to set and deliver strategic goals.
  • Strong skills in Team Management to effectively lead, mentor, and coordinate sales teams.
  • Experience in managing Channel Sales operations to enhance distribution networks and partnerships.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A strong track record in achieving sales targets and driving initiative-based growth.
  • Industry knowledge within glass processing is desirable but not mandatory.
