Job Summary :
We are looking for a skilled and reliable System Administrator with strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration to support and maintain the IT infrastructure of our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring server uptime, network reliability, system security, and smooth technical operations in a 24x7 environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments (2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022).
- Manage and maintain Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and File Server roles.
- Ensure high availability of servers and minimize downtime, especially in a 24x7 BPO setting.
- Monitor and troubleshoot server and network issues promptly to avoid disruptions to operations.
- Support voice infrastructure (if applicable), and collaborate with the network and telecom teams.
- Handle user account management, access control, and permissions for large user bases.
- Implement and manage data backup and recovery processes.
- Apply security patches, system updates, and antivirus solutions in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, changes, incidents, and solutions.
- Work closely with the IT helpdesk team to escalate and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Provide support during client audits, IT compliance checks, and internal reviews.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Minimum 1+ years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably in a BPO or ITES environment.Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server (installation, configuration, and administration).Good understanding of Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and File / Print Services.Familiarity with user profile management in domain-based environments.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a high-pressure, service-driven setup.Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is a plus.Basic understanding of network concepts (TCP / IP, LAN, WAN).Familiarity with ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and change management practices.Job Type : Full-time
