Job Title : ServiceNow Solution Architect
Location : Open to candidates worldwide (Remote).
Requirement : Must overlap at least 4 working hours with either Pacific Time (PT) or Central European Time (CET) .
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), strong technical skills in integrations, scripting, and portal development, and hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow solution design, architecture, and implementation.
- Develop complex workflows, scripting, and custom applications within ServiceNow.
- Drive 3rd-party integrations using REST, SOAP, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow modules.
- Design and optimize Service Portals for enhanced user experience.
- Build reports, dashboards, and ServiceNow Playbooks for business insights.
- Ensure best practices are applied to development, security, and ITIL-aligned processes.
- Provide technical leadership in Agile project environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM and solution development.8+ years of experience with 3rd-party integrations (REST / SOAP).5+ years of hands-on experience with Service Portal design and development.Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting, workflows, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub .Strong knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS , and UI / UX principles.Familiarity with XML and structural programming concepts.Experience in ServiceNow reports, Playbooks, and NowAssist.Deep knowledge of ITIL processes and their application in ServiceNow.Solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including :Incident, Problem, and Change ManagementITOM, ITAM, HRSDField Service Management
