Role Overview :
We are seeking dynamic and proactive Purchase Executives with
min 1 year
of relevant experience. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling procurement activities, vendor coordination, and maintaining efficient purchase operations in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source and procure materials / services as per project needs
- Identify reliable vendors and negotiate best pricing and terms
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain purchase records
- Coordinate with project and site teams for material requirements
- Track and ensure timely delivery of materials
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relations
- Ensure cost-effective and timely procurement
- Prepare and maintain reports in MS Excel and documentation in MS Word
