About the Role Insightzz is seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our engineering team in Pune. You will contribute to developing high-performance solutions for computer vision and industrial automation projects. This role involves end-to-end development, collaborative problem-solving, and delivering robust, scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain Python applications for AI, Computer Vision, and automation.

Implement strong OOP principles, efficient data structures, and multi-thread / multi-process operations.

Build UI components using PyQt , and develop backend services using Django or Flask .

Work in Linux environments for development, debugging, and deployment.

Contribute to full project lifecycles : requirement gathering, planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to best software development practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in B.E / B.Tech / MCA / B.Sc (Computers) or related field.

2–4 years of experience in Python development and computer vision–related projects.

Strong proficiency in :

Python Programming & OOP

PyQt / Django / Flask

Data Structures

Multithreading & Multiprocessing

Linux (development & troubleshooting)

Familiarity with tools and workflows used in Computer Vision and AI projects.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proven record of project delivery.

Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience with OpenCV, NumPy, or deep learning frameworks.

Exposure to robotics, industrial automation, or edge AI environments.

Knowledge of Git and Agile development practices.
