Tender Desk Executive

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, coordinating between internal departments for project documentation, and ensuring timely and compliant bid submissions on various government portals such as GeM, CPP, and IREPS. This role also involves customer service, vendor coordination, and general administrative responsibilities critical to successful project execution and business development.

Key Responsibilities :

Tender Management & Project Coordination

• Identify, evaluate, and manage government and private tenders on platforms such as HPCL, BPCL, IOCL eproc, GeM, CPP, IREPS etc .
• Prepare and submit technical and financial bids in collaboration with internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, documentation standards, and submission deadlines.
• Handle post-submission communications , clarifications, and follow-ups with clients or authorities.
